RECENT ASSIGNMENTS

Several regulatory initiatives aim to simplify banking reporting and strengthen supervision. The ECB is piloting the BIRD initiative to create a single data dictionary. The IREF, required by the ECB for 2025, will merge various statistical reports. The EBA Integrated Reporting project, due in 2030, will integrate statistical and regulatory reporting under a granular data model.

In 2024, MLAdvisory helped two major French banks comply with these new requirements. We scoped the project, prepared the external RFP (Request for Proposal), drew up a Business Case, identified the workstreams and implemented the project.
