Vincent Wiencek joins MLAdvisory as Banking Regulatory Advisory Partner

PARIS – France June 17th, 2019 – MLAdvisory, a consulting firm specialised in European banking regulations, is very pleased to welcome Vincent Wiencek as Banking Regulatory Advisory Partner.

Vincent will lead the regulatory Banking Advisory offering at a time of European regulatory revamping, digital transformation and recognition of environmental risks. Vincent joins Eric Auclair, our Head of Regulatory Transformation and Operational Excellence’s, in our commitment to provide sound, adaptable and sustainable regulatory solutions to our clients.

Throughout his advisory career with Deloitte, Oliver Wyman and Chappuis Halder, Vincent assisted many European institutions in implementing regulatory requirements such as ICAAP, ILAAP, Stress Testing and Pillar 2 models, under the evolving Basel and EU frameworks and best market practices.

In 2010, Vincent co-founded a software company to provide custom-made high-speed engines for Value at Risk, derivatives valuation and sensitivity analysis for commodities and energy-price risk management.

As a director at Chappuis Halder, Vincent and his team delivered operational efficiency and transformation solutions for the Risk and Finance functions of major European banks and contributed to the set-up of a team developing “tactical” regulatory software.
