MLAdvisory appoints Brigitte Flory as Human Resources partner

MLAdvisory, a consulting firm specialised in European banking regulations, announces the appointment of Brigitte Flory as Human Resources partner.

Brigitte will lead the human resources development of the various European offices, with the objective of building a culture of excellence and agility amongst a diverse and multicultural team. In her role, Brigitte will promote the career development and performance enhancements of our consultants.

Graduated from “lnstitut Supérieur du Commerce” in Paris and post graduated in HR from the CNAM, Brigitte has 25 years experience as HR Manager and HR consultant in various sectors.

After starting her career in Vinci Group in 1993, she had several key roles in building sustainable human resources growth for consulting companies such as Integra or HR-Path Group.

In 2010, Brigitte created her own advisory business, which assisted large companies in implementing HR tools.
